Namaste
Belmar Sol is a family owned and created business that grew organically out of shared passions for music, yoga, outdoor activities and the environment. Thought In Movement is our yoga business, with G as the instructor and Larry as chief student and research assistant. We hope to share our work in a way that enhances the lives and creative work of others. We respect the environment and trust the flow of universal energy to guide Belmar Sol’s endeavors.
Belmar Sol is currently involved in the following projects:
Belmar Sol Records - The Belmar Sol record label is our musical outlet to produce and release our own music, as well as the music of others that we enjoy. Belmar Sol is the recording trio of Larry, G and Zac, which primarily focuses on releasing sounds defined as MEDITRONICA; a new genre of music that fuses meditation music, ambient soundscapes, electronica, world grooves and down-tempo beats into a funky brew.

Belmar Sol Clothing - The Belmar Sol clothing line was developed to capture the vibe of the Belmar Sol record label, as well as our penchant for practical, comfortable, reasonably priced clothes. Clothing is tailored toward a yoga and pilates practice or simply lounging around - your choice! A number of products are organically produced and Belmar Sol is working to expand our line of environmentally sensitive selections. Please visit the on-line shop and send us your ideas for clothing items you would like to see added.
Thought In Movement Yoga - Thought In Movement provides a variety of yoga classes and fitness instruction. Later this fall, the Thought In Movement yoga nook, "Welcome Om", will be complete. We hope to share this space with existing students and by referral for individual/semi-individual instruction. Welcome Om will be a place of peace for us and those who join us there. G has achieved the Yoga Alliance RYT 500 designation and continues to train in a variety of styles of yoga, expanding her physical and philosophical practice whenever possible.
