Welcome to the Belmar Sol online shop, where you can purchase music from the Belmar Sol Records catalog as well as clothing and gear from Belmar Sol Records and Belmar Sol Yoga - Thought in Movement.

Belmar Sol Records offers various ways to purchase our music: digital downloads of entire albums and/or single track downloads from major online music retailers, such as I-Tunes, Amazon, Sno Cap and CD Baby.

We also sell physical copies of Belmar Sol CD's via major online retailers, such as CD Baby and Amazon. The physical CD's include beautifully prepared CD artwork by our graphic design guru Frank Cadic. Physical CD's are eco-friendly and manufactured to include clear CD trays made from recycled soda/water bottles (100% post-consumer plastic tray) and CD artwork printed using all vegetable inks and printed on 100% green forestry practices board (minimum 10% post-consumer recycled content).

We have chosen to use CD Baby as our primary means of distribution. We love their independent vibe and responsible business model. They are customer friendly and care about the people that use their service. The artwork for the album is thought-provoking, if not awesome, and nothing beats holding an actual copy of the CD in one's hand. There are still some of us out there that like to hold CD and vinyl artwork in our hands and place them gently in our collections.

Belmar Sol Music via Sound Cloud & I-Tunes (Digital Download)

We have really fallen in love with the Sound Cloud audio distribution service. It is an online community of music producers from all over the world producing music of every genre and sub genre of music out there. Each track is embedded below from Sound Cloud and allows the listener to add comments about each track directly on the timeline while listening to the song. This allows the artist to interact and converse with the listener, creating an interactive listening experience. Sound Cloud allows the listener to preview the entire track with no restrictions. Sound Cloud is embedded with a direct link to I-Tunes, the worlds largest online music retailer, so the listener can purchase music on-the-spot while previewing each song. Belmar Sol feels that Sound Cloud and I-Tunes are a music listener's/music shoppers match made in heaven. Just click the arrow pointing down on the right side of each track to purchase the songs at I-Tunes. Furthermore, Sound Cloud offers seemless integration with many major social networking sites such as Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, Blogger, and others, so you can easily share a song you like with others who share your similar great taste in music and lifestyle gear. The social networking option is to the right of each track, on the icon with two brackets and a backslash in the middle. A recommendation to an equally tasteful friend is the greatest compliment we could ever ask for.

It is no secret that I-Tunes is the dominant driving force in the distribution and sale of music downloads. Another handy-dandy way to preview our music via I-Tunes is using the Tune Core widget that is embedded below. We really love this widget because it makes listening to Belmar Sol easy and it automatically points the listener to the secure I-Tunes page of Belmar Sol Records. It also allows the listener to forward the songs to their own (and their friends and students) favorite social networking sites as well as to their e-mail. Belmar Sol Clothing

The Belmar Sol clothing line was developed to capture the vibe of the Belmar Sol record label, as well as our penchant for practical, comfortable, reasonably priced clothes. Clothing is tailored toward a yoga and pilates practice or simply lounging around. A number of products are organically produced and Belmar Sol is working to expand our line of environmentally sensitive selections.
